焦爐煙(yan)(yan)道(dao)氣(qi)(qi)脫(tuo)硫(liu)(liu)(liu)脫(tuo)硝工藝(yi)主(zhu)要(yao)是為(wei)了降低煙(yan)(yan)氣(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)氮(dan)氧化物、SO2及(ji)顆(ke)粒物含量,使(shi)煙(yan)(yan)氣(qi)(qi)排(pai)放(fang)達(da)到(dao)國家及(ji)地(di)方(fang)相關標準(zhun)(zhun)。焦爐煙(yan)(yan)道(dao)氣(qi)(qi)脫(tuo)硫(liu)(liu)(liu)脫(tuo)硝工藝(yi)主(zhu)要(yao)由(you)煙(yan)(yan)氣(qi)(qi)系統、脫(tuo)硫(liu)(liu)(liu)單元、脫(tuo)硝單元、風(feng)機機組、氨(an)(an)(an)(an)分(fen)解單元以及(ji)氨(an)(an)(an)(an)水(shui)(shui)(shui)站等(deng)組成(cheng)(cheng)。從焦爐總煙(yan)(yan)道(dao)引出煙(yan)(yan)氣(qi)(qi),通(tong)(tong)過(guo)氨(an)(an)(an)(an)噴(pen)射器(qi)(qi),氨(an)(an)(an)(an)噴(pen)射器(qi)(qi)對濃(nong)氨(an)(an)(an)(an)水(shui)(shui)(shui)進行霧(wu)化并(bing)噴(pen)入(ru)煙(yan)(yan)氣(qi)(qi)管(guan)道(dao)內,混(hun)有NH3的(de)煙(yan)(yan)氣(qi)(qi)通(tong)(tong)過(guo)脫(tuo)硫(liu)(liu)(liu)器(qi)(qi),并(bing)在(zai)脫(tuo)硫(liu)(liu)(liu)催化劑作用下與(yu)SO2進行反(fan)應(ying)生(sheng)成(cheng)(cheng)硫(liu)(liu)(liu)酸銨,脫(tuo)硫(liu)(liu)(liu)后(hou)的(de)煙(yan)(yan)氣(qi)(qi)通(tong)(tong)過(guo)管(guan)道(dao)送往脫(tuo)硝SCR反(fan)應(ying)器(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)。濃(nong)氨(an)(an)(an)(an)水(shui)(shui)(shui)經過(guo)噴(pen)霧(wu)分(fen)布器(qi)(qi)霧(wu)化后(hou)輸送至SCR反(fan)應(ying)器(qi)(qi)。煙(yan)(yan)氣(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)NOx在(zai)脫(tuo)硝催化劑的(de)作用下,與(yu)氨(an)(an)(an)(an)發(fa)生(sheng)反(fan)應(ying)生(sheng)成(cheng)(cheng)N2和(he)H2O。凈化后(hou)的(de)煙(yan)(yan)氣(qi)(qi)送往廠(chang)區原有余熱鍋爐單元。為(wei)保證(zheng)排(pai)放(fang)煙(yan)(yan)氣(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)氨(an)(an)(an)(an)含量達(da)到(dao)排(pai)放(fang)標準(zhun)(zhun)及(ji)規(gui)范,在(zai)余熱鍋爐單元后(hou)設置氨(an)(an)(an)(an)分(fen)解器(qi)(qi),內部填加(jia)氨(an)(an)(an)(an)分(fen)解催化劑,將過(guo)量的(de)NH3分(fen)解為(wei)N2和(he)H2O,凈化后(hou)的(de)煙(yan)(yan)氣(qi)(qi)經煙(yan)(yan)囪(cong)排(pai)放(fang)。
